The personal data of our users is an area to which we devote extreme care and attention. We ensure that all requirements are not only met but, whenever possible, exceeded, as we are aware of the sensitive nature of this area.
The operator of the Pasja gajba online store, Pasja gajba d.o.o., is committed to protecting the personal data of its users in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1-UPB1).
For business purposes, Pasja gajba collects the following user data:
- first and last name,
- address and city of residence,
- email address,
- contact telephone number,
- password in encrypted form,
- and other data that you as users enter into forms on the Pasja gajba website.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by users.
For security purposes, IP addresses from which users access the website are also collected. At the beginning of each visit, a session cookie is assigned to each user for identification and monitoring of the shopping cart. Among others, Pasja gajba may also store other cookies on your computer, such as: an encrypted user identification number (to recognize the user upon their next visit), product ratings (so you know which items you have already rated), and Google Analytics cookies (for website visit analysis).
All mentioned data, except for cookies, is stored permanently on the Pasja gajba server. Session cookies are stored in the server memory only for the duration of the visit and are deleted after one hour of inactivity, while permanent cookies are stored on the visitor's computer.
The Pasja gajba operator may use the data in anonymized summary form for the purposes of statistical analysis. Under no circumstances will Pasja gajba hand over user data to unauthorized persons. We will only entrust the delivery service (e.g., Pošta Slovenije) with the user's delivery address. We will contact the user via means of distance communication only if the user does not expressly object to this.
Exceptional disclosure of personal data
Data collected and processed by Pasja gajba will be disclosed only if such an obligation is provided for by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary for proceedings before courts or other state authorities, and for the protection and realization of the legitimate interests of the Pasja gajba company.
